Hi, i'm really happy with the last database from Lachi but i don't onderstand every thing of it that's for the most no problem at all but i made a under 23 cycling team for my main team in the pro cycling becous i want to try to get the biggest talent's to my main before other teams contacted them how do i do put the team on dutch talent's onley if i open the window tear are 3 bars on with how many for instens 20 riders 2nd is value i zone and value i fav tr wat do i put their to get 100% dutch young talent??

yes the dyn u23 link i want to put them on dutch cyclist only, but i don't know how to do that. Bud if i link it it to my pro cyclist team it will get all the nattionalleties such ass Spain, German, Usa and so on, but i want only the dutch nationallety and not the rest. So i want to know how i can do that if it's possible.
value_i_wanted_squad is the number of riders; value_I_zone is a number from 1 to 3 which is the importance of having riders from a certain nation in your team, if it's 3, then all your riders will be Dutch for instance. value_i_fav_tr is what you would fill if you were to prefer a certain terrain to others, for example cobbles, but it's normally just a 0 there, in order not to favour any speciality over other.
If you want your dev team to be dutch, go in dyn_team and change its nationality to dutch.
On a similar note, is there a way to make a dev team favour 1 region in a nation instead of the whole nation, e.g. pays_vasco (Basque) instead of all of Spain?
I know if I set up a dev team through the in game menu I can choose 1 region but don't know if there is an easy way to do it in an editor if I want to set it up for a different team to the one I'm playing as.

I think you can do it in dyn_sponsor_regions, adding a new line for the u23 sponsor, and putting 3 under importance and 100 under wanted squad for f.e. Pays Vasco. You then have to do the same procedure as you normally would in dyn_u23_link.
