National Champions equipment

Guys I have a major question. Why do I see guys that are national road champions with their respective jersey like Bob Jungels but their shorts are from the main team not from their national champion equipment. For example, Bob Jungels wears his Luxembourg jersey but his shorts are the etixx blue instead of being black. Anyone knows if this is fixable?

It's a bug on cyanide's side, it's been reported several times (you can try the forum search) and it will be hopefully fixed in a later patch. Until then, there's no known solution.
