Unable to access the multiplayer since the launch

Like the title says I haven't been able to acces the multiplayer since the game was released.

I was a part of the beta and I suspect that the upgrade from the beta to the release could cause the problem but I don't know how to get around it. I have tried searching for updates and verified the integrity of the game cache.

I hope one of you clever people have a possible solution.

Go in the documents folder and delete the PCM 16 fodler.

Go in the appdata/roaming folder and delete the PCM 16 folder.
