I don't have the game but I think since the latest patch (where it mentions that unofficial databases are now supported) you can edit your game with pcm fast

In the table DYN_cyclist, find your rider and edit:

fkIDcyclist_state: FREE (if you are injured you have probably hard_injury)
fkIDinjury: 0 (if you are injured you have probably a number different than 0)

And voilĂ , you are healthy.

Also in Dyn_cyclist_fitness there will be penalties you will have to reset:
You need the row of the cylist IDcyclist (lachi editor is easier,works with references)
In Fast Editor you can filter IDCyclist to find right rider.
value_i_injury & value_i_injury_num_days :zero (in pcm15 this is 600 first few days of a lesser injury)
Last value_i_fit value_i_FIT is the total fitness , value_i_NPT the fitness without injury & tiredness ,so you need to :
copy value_i_NPT to value_i_FIT.

If you don't do this you will stay gimped.
