thanks but it doesn't. i had already seen that.. where is that "list of local mods" screen?? It seems to show a pack that's already been uploaded, if that's the screen you get at the start of a new game.

Do you get there from in-game? from the steam app? heeeelp lol

You need to create a folder in PCM 16/Mod with the same folders as PCM 16/Mod/Default containing whatever mods you want to add. Then it'll appear in that list.
