Custom Tour not working

I tried creating a custom tour, added stages, and saved it.
but it doesn't appear in single player mode.

I'm running the 1.0.3.1 patch
I'm not sure what the problem is

although I do have Eternal V2 DB/Mod installed (with all 3 patches)
not sure if that makes a difference

most appreciated for any help
