RDC stat?

Hey all

Been playing pro cyclist mode and I notice the stat RDC in the in race rider panels and in the prerace favourites screen. Does anyone know what this is? I had a thought that it might be my relationship with that rider as after stage one of saint luis the RDC of Voeckler went from 0 to 1 after I spent the stage protecting him?

Rdc is race day condition and in the simplest form, it's the old -5 to +5 system of the previous games but with a bit more information on how it affects a rider.
