Signing new cyclists problem

Hey!
I have big problems with signing new riders to my team. I'm managing a continental pro team and will be promoted to cya world tour next season. My team has 1,3M € in the bankaccount and this season I get 138K each month from my sponsor, but I have signed a contract with Pegeut for next season with a contract worth 250K/month.
But my directors only allows 96K in ridersalaries each month so I can't sign anyone even though money is not an issue.
Is there anything I can do about this? If I can't sign any new good riders, then I don't need any cash.
I think this is really shitty.Sad

Sorry, it's been like that for years. Basically, it doesn't matter what you'll be getting next season, what you can spend depends solely on the current season's wages (not budget). So even a year later the problem still remains and in the long run you'll always be spending a lot less than the budget allows and you'll be making more money you cannot spend.

The only solution I know is to use an editor to increase your current wages and change it back after you've completed your signings. Check this recent post for more info:
