2 questions about sponsor

Under 23 Posts: 62 Joined: 09-02-2014 PCM$: 200.00	I would appreciate to know if: - when the cotract with sponsor in ending you can negoziate a new contract with the same sponsor? example movistar contract end in 2013. Can i remake a new contract with movistar? - sponsors of IA teams change? f.e. bmc in 2015 becomes peugeot (or x)?
