Massive slowdowns

I was playing through the Vuelta in 2008 with the PCM Spain pack, I think, and for some reason, I was starting to experience massive slowdowns (lagging) in the gameplay through the stages. I simmed one stage hoping to get past it and thinking that it was a problem with just one stage. However, the next stage was just as bad as the previous one. Anyone have a problem like this and how do you fix it? |

Not with PCM Spain. I do have all the updates and etc. It just popped up and now I'm losing motivation to play it because I LOVE playing the grand tours. |

I had that problem before, set the graphic settings to medium or low, anti-aliasing low. |
