Pro Cyclist Crash - Loading 3D race

Hey guys,

I'm playing pro cyclist mode with the 2016DB V1.1.0 and everything worked fine until season 2022 when every race i try to race crashes on the moment it's loading team textures or rider textures.

Any clue how to fix this? thx
