My career has a bug. On the last stage of the vuelta [11 september 2016], the game crash with the Pcmdaily2016 database

You didn't make a clean install before installing the 2016 db as stated in multiple places. Please, replace samu12's variant's last stage (main folder -> cm_stages -> top_vuelta_21_samu12.cds/zces) with any other stage.
