Sprinting problems

Hello everybody, I'm having with mass sprints. If my sprinter is following a teammate or opponent and I push the sprint-button, he doesnt come out of his position. Both yellow and red bar are full enough for sprint.... Anybody?

People have lives, no need to bump this after less than 24 hours that has been posted the first time and 3 hours later the second.

This matter has been discussed before several times, did you try the forum search?

I sometimes make the mistake that I pick S (Sprint) as second order, the second order is the default option. You have to click the first order to make sure your rider starts sprinting instead of following. This changed compared to 2013 (the last version I played) and I don't like this change with second order.
