PCM15 toolset (1 new compared to PCM14)

A new release of my toolsets for PCM15. the ones from PCM14 that were not working anymore are removed, 1 new is added:

The RaceDay viewer shows you the sum of nr of races done + nr of races planned for each cyclists. because (at least for me) the ingame screen in the Schedule -> Riders page shows the wrong number (sometimes even negative numbers...)

Toolset:

- Date Changer
- Palmares Viewer
- Result viewer / Result exporter
- Team Changer
- View number of racing days (AI/user team)- important: AI don't always plan their riders for the entire seasons, so don't be fooled by the low racing days when you look at the begin of the game

So this tool is not compatible with older PCM games?

It should work for all games since PCM 12, possibly PCM 11 as well, seeing that the process didn't change much from game to game and last year most of the operations (except money changing which doesn't seem to be present this year) were working with all the previous games.
