I've seen posts on here about what text scouts return that indicate the potential of youth signings. Most of the time the stuff is either general ("something like future great"Wink, or in the case of one website linked... french.

The french website looked pretty cool as it gave the potential range and what the text was:

8 - blah, blah, blah
7-8 - blah, blah, blah... and so forth.

Can someone just give me the english text cyanide uses for when a scout thinks a rider's potential would be 8, 7-8, 7 and 6-7?
