Races being simulated without cyclists

Out of nowhere, in 2018 i cant play races anymore. All the races in the game are being simulated without cyclists. Even when i simulate till the next season, same problem appeares.
Taking another weekly save also doesnt help. From 30-06-2018 the same problem appears.

Can someone help me?
