I recently rode with Team Wisenhof, and dominated, making it to the ProTour by 500 points over the next team - Me: approx. 2600, Agritubel: 2100 Grin

Now, I had to get rid of the career because I didn't know how to sign riders. So I am asking for someone to publish a article on how to get new riders, from the July singing period to the transfers after Oct. 15, how it works, and how to take advantage of the system(An article would be easier to find and use). Is anyone up for the challenge?

Note: My new team is Tinkoff B)
