I am a bit of a noob and I was wondering if it is possible to change the stats of my be a pro or use a real rider THX

You can use a real rider (check the tips & hints section for that).
And you can edit stats of riders at any time. Use Lachi's Editor or he Fast Editor for this Smile Easy to use.
