Crash when loading 3D race

I've recently installed the 1.5 and 1.6 versions of the PCMdaily expansion pack (Installation was clean and well done, I can assure you) and my game frequently crashes when loading some 3D races. It doesn't happen to all races, just a few (the ones I noticed : Paris-Nice stage 1 to 5, Paris-Roubaix, FlÃ¨che Wallonne, LiÃ¨ge-Bastogne-LiÃ¨ge) but it forces me to simulate the race in order to avoid crashing. If I try single races, I can play an entire TDF but those races crash all the time. The crash usually happens when "team textures" or "rider textures" are being loaded. These are starting to get on my nerves, and I would like not to go back to PCMdaily EP 1.0 if possible, but if there's no other option between that and crashing, I guess I'll go with the 13GB dowload Thanks for reading and for your help !
