Hi, I'd like to know what affect the column "popularity" in the Fast Editor, thanks for answer

It doesn't really affect much besides the sponsor happiness. For instance, sometimes your sponsor will ask you riders from certain regions: if the popularity of a rider from that very same region is high enough for the sponsor then he'll be happier.
