Is it possible to edit which riders have programs.
No disrespect, but i'm playing with the German Cym Team DB, and for CSC riders like Voigt and Shleck do not have race programs, while e.g. Haedo and Vandevelde does
It has to be said though that i made some changes to the db, so maybe that's what caused this. However Haedo and Christian are not very good especially when compared to Voigt/Schleck

It's possible to (easily) edit rider programmes with Save Game Editor 1.1 (https://www.pcmdaily.com/downloads.php...load_id=98). Personally, I have never liked the idea of rider programmes, so I have simply just deleted them for all riders.

I agree. there should be programmes, but there should be a negotiation for them.
when on certain DBs Breschel gets a programme but not Voigt or Schleck it's just ridiculous...

I thought about that editor, but i'm really not a fan of editing in-game. And how about the training and morale? I mean, if you delete a program, is the rider still trained towards it and does it still affect his morale if he doesn't do the races?
Looking forward to 2007, where only leaders (max 3) has programs
