I need to ask .. is there any way how to make equipment skin, for one rider only ??
I mean e.g. National Champion TT frame for Richie Porte or TT helmet for him..
Also for TdF leader.. Yellow frame and helmet..

It is very possible. Add the equipment you want to the brand in sta_equipment_model, go into your game and in the pre race menu there is an "Equipment" option, here you can assign certain equipment to one or more riders only

But what if i want to have it on unplayable rider ?? I think there is no option.. I mean. I play as Team Sky but i want to have these equipments also for other teams..
