I have one question: In pro cyclist mode i created a rider and he is lvl 7 already, i created a new one just to make sure and same result. Is that supossed to be like that or is it bugged? because i think you are suposed to start with lvl 1 right? since starting with lvl 9 or 10 it makes it hard to increase the stats since your rider isn't that good and you can't get good results

It's supposed to be like that. Dev's can't count.

Ah i see.. and another thing i noticed is that when i try to go on a breakaway or something like that the AI will chase me down every time even when im the worst person in the race.. and the pace they apply in the race it's ridiculous they just don't stop or get tired at all like what the hell?

You should anticipate when is the right time to make a breakaway. In my game, sometimes the AI allows a break from a favorite rider.

Also don't break right away from the start, wait a while.
