I'm currently in June 2017 of my career and my sponsorship contract with Etixx is set to expire. I've been offered several deals by other sponsors but the monthly amount of money is roughly the same for all of them. It doesn't seem to matter how big the sponsors are (mystique vs regional). All the offers are between 1.2 and 1.3 mil per month, no matter how big the sponsors are. Is that a bug or is it by design?
It happened to me as-well, but I don't really know the if that 'Mystique and Regional' matters.

I've been told that it doesn't matter in PC2014 between Regional-Mystique. I have not played PCM2015 yet but my experience has always been that sponsors offer around the same.
I second that. How much is being offered depends on how well you are doing and everybody is offering more or less the same - pick the best looking jersey, if you like.

Actually choosing the sponsor is important on their Key Regions!
I was Astana and I signed with an Italian sponsor which had no problems on my squad.
