Another boring game crash thread (sorry)

My game just dies when I try to advance a day. It's February 2009 and it seems to be the first stage of the Le Tour of Langkawi that's the problem. I'm not really well versed with the editors so I couldn't do anything there.
I had a search for a similar problem but couldn't find anything, there probably is though, so sorry.
I've attached my .cbd file if anyone is kind enough to have a little look.
