Can't see the whole gameplay picture - To big

Hi,

When I enter the game, and the start menu shows, I can't see the whole gameplay. I have tried to change the screen settings on my PC, but nothing helps.

I have tried to enter "settings" in the game, but the screen is to big so the "save button" doesn't show its not even possible to save the new added settings. Does any one have an idea of what to do in this case?
