Database with more US Continental Teams

Can anyone recommend a good db to download such as the Real Name DB from PCM Daily in 2013 that included all the teams such as Jelly Belly, KHS, Jamis, etc.?

Am I able to use one of the databases from 2014? If so, can you recommend a good one with American based teams like the pack I mentioned above?

Databases from PCM 14 cannot be used for PCM 15.

However, the Daily DB, that has just been announced will add some USA CT teams.
