Try pressing "ignorer".
It's a .DEM file, so it's not needed in the actual gameplay.

I have this problem too but with different files. I spam clicked ignore for over 2 minutes but different errored files kept coming up
Any solutions?
EDIT: My first error is Sound\Comment\eng\XMLSOUND\..... the folder stuff like D:\Games at the start and more stuff after XMLSOUND.
I have also tried re installing several times
