Pro mode Form

I've made a cyclist in pro mode, but still in August, his form stays red.
Some know how to improve form?

Change your taining plan. You need to do some intense training to get your form to raise.

During the BETA I faced some rare instance of form not going up despite this. If it that bug (still not patched?), save the game, exit the game, open it again and it should be resolved by itself.
When Nothing goes rigth, go left...

I've set the training on 5 for two months, no changes

Signal the bug to cyanide.

And try to re-load the game.
When Nothing goes rigth, go left...

If his form is not equal at all to the form shown in the training graphic, try to quit the game and start it again, this worked for me.
