Create Wiggins and Evans as free riders

Is there a way to create Bradley Wiggins and Cadel Evans as free riders so that you can set them in your own startlists?
At the moment they are unfortunately out of the game.

Or has someone already integrated them and could upload the respective files?

Wiggins is in Sky.

Evans has retired in real life(from February '15), so they did not include him.
You can use editors, like Lachi's editor and the Excel Editor(check older download sections, those editors work fine for PCM 15 as far as I could see) to add Evans if you'd like.

I overlooked Wiggins, my bad.
Has anyone already created Mondory or Evans because I am too dumb to successfully create them vi fast editor or the enclosed cyclist editor.

Stats should be comatible with the higher stats from the original DB.
So Evans 78 Hills and good secondary stats should be sufficient to reach the podium in Australia. TT maybe 74, plain 71, Downhill 78, Fighter 70, Mountain 76, Sprint 67, ACC 70

Mondory 74 Sprint, 73ACC and a bit cobbles 69, maybe plain 70, hills 67, Mountain under 60, TT 64.
