How do you access the opening screen if you bought it through steam? I can only 'play' the game but I want the opening screen where you can access stage editor and database editor.

In PCM14 you were able to go into the PCM folder. There is a folder autorun/exe/autorun.exe.

I found the database editor alone, too. It's at SteamApps/common/PCM15/DatabaseEditor/PCM_database_editor
