Can You Advance A Database And Get Natural Progression?

Hi,
I've been told that you can simulate a database forward and get the natural progression of riders added to it without editing the stats myself. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how do you do it? As I was going to use it for my LPC story game.

I've got a db copy that you might want, in 2017/18/19/20 or something.  Do you want me to send you that, otherwise I can tell you how I did it, but it was kind of complicated.

Hmmm. DB? (As in Expansion Pack, Focus, JESGD)
EDIT: How you did it would be better unless it was with JESGS V2

Both would be nice could come in useful for story games and other stuff.  but if you could also send me that database then that would be brilliant

More of a save file, but you can convert them (or are they already converted).
No I mean like JESGD V2 would probably have best stats/potentials. Could you PM me the method please?

It doesn't matter that it's the expansion pack as it has progression on anyway so it won't matter what the stats were

If you want an earlier year I can post that.
I'll put it step-by-step for how I advanced the DB without effecting anything in the game (expect the Kazakh chances of a world champion):
1. Start a new career as a custom team.
2. Make sure the team nation is NOT European or from Australia, USA, Columbia or Canada, I recommend a nation like China, Taiwan or Malaysia (just looking through the ones I can find here, Japan probably works well too).
3. Put a filter on riders over the age of 34, 30 if you can't find better, than sort by worst average and take the absolutely worst and oldest riders, all from countries that do not have a national team if possible (oddly I get a lot of Brazilian riders ).
4. Go to the schedule and deselect every race, so you aren't racing anything, make sure you do this for the whole season.
5. From now on I recommend not clicking any of the team, sponsor or squad related tabs, they are generally pretty likely to crash.
6. Click Simulate until end of season.
7. The game will stop you a couple of times with messages, just get through these as fast as possible, unfortunately you will have to manage the Kazakh national team, so just simulate through the races and auto-pick squads, etc. and you won't have much of an effect.
8. Keep simulating until end of season whenever it stops you, it will likely be pretty slow to get to the end though. 
9. Don't sign any new contracts with riders (even with current ones), nor bother with sponsors unless the game forces you to (can't remember if it does, in which case, make sure you have no R&Ds and sign with the same main sponsor). Each season will have less and less riders, but it doesn't really matter.
10. At the start of the next season(s) you don't have to do anything, the game will just continue fine if you click simulate until end of season.
Some things are a bit buggy and you may need to skip some messages/days with an editor and it is a bit slow (probably about 3-5 hours for a year on my computer, but I left it at some points) it pretty much works.

If you're planning to use the db for single race, then you could copy over the stats to a normal .cdb with the Excel Editor.
The rest of trekbmc's method would be spot on, although I would always renew my worst riders to make sure you don't run out of riders. Also fire your staff to make sure you won't end in budget problems either(and also to make sure your riders can't develop that much )

As long as you don't go on any the team related pages, there is no problem with running out of riders (at least not for me), it just crashes if you go on one of the team pages (probably a good idea with firing staff though. )
