Hello,
Where i can see the training bonus value using lachis editor?
I would perform a test about that.
Secondly i would like to understand if partecipate to races affect the growing up of raiders

Sta_training_exercise, I believe.

Note that it's a bonus, a 0 doesn't mean no progression, but no training bonus Wink

Here's an image, that is probably a bit more clear, although the picture is old so it might not 100% match.

Nope, participating in races does not seem to affect the development of riders, in PCM 14.

Ty buy i know this table.
I am lf the training bonus, so the value that indicate the current progression rate of a riders, so this is the value that take acoount of potential, age, trainers, lvl of the stat. Basically this number should be lower for old riders, low potential riders, stat already high, fair trainer.

Have a look in DYN_cyclist at the columns beginning with Capital_f_
These values will increase every day according the the training.
