Voted! 2000 or 2005, Always dont't know what is better) May be not 2000 - 1999 will be better. And may be not 1991 - 1992. For me, 1992, 1996, 1999 and 2005 are the best to start to play with.

P.S. I thought a little...2000 is better than 1999, I started watching Cycling in 2000, so for me it is better than 1999)))

Tell you that at the moment the votes are very equal..In 1991 wins Banesto with Delgado and Indurain..In 1996,Telekom team wins with Riis and Ullrich..In 2000 wins Marco Pantani..In 2005 CSC wins with Ivan Basso and finally in 2015 Tinkoff of Alberto Contador is on the top .But everything could change because remenber that there´s only one day left to finish the voting,
