Crash 1 stage in 2 season - no wheels

Hi guys, i have interesting problem.
In 2 season i cant continue my career, because if i click next day in order to start 1 stage Tour Down Under, game crashes.
I noticed that in my inventory didn't have wheels

I think that this maybe be the reason this problem

I play in pcm14 1.4.0.1 with PCM.daily Expansion Pack V1 + V2.
Please, help me.

Same problem here, but diferent DB. I guess its a game engine issue Sad frustrating just after spend 4h planing a season.

So I guess there never was a solution to this? Is it best not to use the PCM Daily Expansion? IS there a recommended database that does not have these issues? Cheers.
