Its Your drivers thats not updated. But 8.1 have some problems during some games. Spesilly older games, i have read that its short off .dll files. And older games need directx 9c een if u have a newer Version.
I have fixed those thigs on mine and run all games that its not supported to run on 8.1.
To Your spesific problem i would go here https://msdn.micr...44644.aspx and fix driver for Your graphic card. And you also have Automatic update on Your computer.
