i started a new carrer, I dont want sponsor changing during this carrer.
At the begining i selected the max number of years available (3 years) but i want that my sponsor contract is infinite, of course the same for all AI teams
Use Lachi's editor and open dyn_sponsor and edit gene_i_contract_end for every sponsor "in use".
While that's easy enough, it's something for the wishlist, changing sponsors (of other teams at least) should be optional. I find it weird in my career that nearly no original sponsor is left.

i see in DYN_sponsor that there is the sponsor FAME
actually i would start a carrer with a custom team using a REGIONAL sponsor (the lower lvl possible to start a carrer).
I dont want change my sponsor during my carrer but I should at least to know if doing good results during my carrer, the sponor FAME will increase step by step up to INTERNATIONAL or MYTHIC lvl.
is my sponsor FAME locked as REGIONAL forever? or it will increase depending by my results?

what about the fame of ur sponsor?
I have a regional sponsor now at my first year and the contract will never expire but idk if the fame of my sponsor will increase during the carrer or not.
if i start with a regional sponsor in continental i want progress my team up to cya world tour with my sponsor too...if it is locked to regional this modification cant be done and i will be forced to change sponsor in order to have a sufficent budget for the cya world tour

The budget rises depending on results, I'm not sure regional, national and co. make any difference. I noted how the budget changed each year in my career, going from continental to pro continental to world tour:
