Hi ladies & gentlemen!

I'm looking to create my own shirts for a new career. I'm using the PCMDaily expansion pack V2, because I love the additions. I would like to make a new shirtdesign including shirts & shorts for Tour, Giro, Vuelta and National and World Championships!
It's for PCM 2014 ofcourse!

Is there a simple and thorough tutorial out there which I can use??
Can someone give me some hotlinks, please?
