PCM doesn't work

When I say play PCM doesn't work.There aren't a picture on the intro part,and then when it goes to the main menu it crashes.I have Windows 8.1 I think.Maybe if it is because of the latest patch 1.0.4.2 that I downloaded? |

im playing pcm 10 on windows 8.1. Me to had problems it wouldnt load. When seeing problems With all my old games i saw a tip that i had to have DivX 9c.
That was strange because i had newer Version. But i innstalled it and it solved my problem. I have know played 5 seosens after that.
There might be other thing u can do to, i have found sulutions to many problems in other games that should nor work With 8.1

yes its DirectX 9c. Sorry for using short name. Didnt thought of it when i answered.
The file i used i have packed in a rar file and will try to upload it here. just install, good Luck.

It says that I should buy up WinRAR licence for it.

Don't buy the licence and still use WinRar, as you don't actually need a licence to extract files.

It says that WinRar is not free and that I should buy after 40 day try time or delete the program(WinRar)

I prefer 7Zip to WinRar, if you're looking for a free alternative. It can do everything WinRar does and is usually quicker. |

Both winrar and WinZip opens the file. I dont know anybody who pay for for it. Dont worry, dont pay anything. Download winrar, search for free Version, download. And then use.
If you got Message Your periode is out of date, ignore. 99 % have WinZip or winrar. how can you use pc without.

Remember you know got the file name and know its Directx 9c. it not worse than downloading it from net.
