Maserati-BEAC (jandal7) and ScotRail-RBS (EwanWilson) have been removed from the game.
Both teams failed to submit C2HC choices, despite the Bands having been posted over a month ago. Maserati also failed to submit team goals, while ScotRail's were a very late submission. Also going against ScotRail are their manager's previous instances of inactivity after sign-up (e.g. H2H, CX).
Every ManGame season there are teams who disappear during the season, some time between Transfer season and the end of racing. If a new team is unable to complete their first main tasks, little more than a month after joining, despite having had plenty of time to do so - then I'm just not willing to take the chance that they are going to stick with the game and be sufficiently active all season. So, better to remove them now, than after they have interfered in transfers.
This takes the CT division to 28 teams, which remains the highest it has ever been. They will not be replaced.

Understandable decision. Sad to see such little initial commitment couldn't even be fulfilled, as this really was just minutes of work.
Luckily it didn't disrupt transfers though

It is always a shame to see that barely starts we have teams that virtually disappear, but it's better to happen at this point than more forward

I've discussed with SN here, more to explain why I couldn't and apologise, I can't argue with a fair decision.
An abridged version, limited, internet access and no pictures. That's not an excuse at all, I wanted to do my job properly, I had planned it for last night, but as the PM I received just before I settled down to start it rightly said, after a month it is definitely too long.
I didn't communicate with SN or anyone else and I am very sorry to have given out the false impression that I don't care about this, because I really did and it's hard to say goodbye once I thought I was in but it takes time, care and more effort I could afford with exams approaching. I fully deserve this blow and boot and have learnt my lesson. I know I would most definitely keep this in mind whenever I sign-up for something again, and I'm going to have to work hard for whatever as they now have a good reason on which to deny me.
Once again I'm devastated, more for the inconvenience than anything else, and best of luck to you guys for this year, but you can bet I'll still follow 
EDIT: Feel ashamed to have forgotten this, a big apology to HuDCC for asking him to design my jersey.

It is just a matter of learning what you can manage. I faced a battle to keep my place at the end of last season. That only drove me on to give this game more time and more effort, which it deserves. I just can't wait for the transfer season now

Its a good decision. I thought about writing something similar to SN a couple of days ago, asking for removal of the new managers that already slowed down the proces. So I am happy to see that this has already been on the table. Good call SN.

Fair decision but hurts to see 2 teams already going so early, when both had very interesting concepts and some very good ideas. But I'm sure it's all for game's sake and that at least both managers apologised and especially jandal showed that he genuinely cared about the mangame. But well, at least it's happened early on the season so that a Cycleman-like scenario won't - hopefully - be seen again later on.
