Can't see from and tiredness

i can't see from and tiredness in my career with my custum team. I don't know how i can se it again. I am in the januar 2017 with my team.
I hope some of you can help me.

It happens in some years in some saves. Next year it'll be back, probably Wink

No. You'll have to sit it out. It will be gone in some years and be there in other years (in the save game). Nothing to do, unfortunately Smile
