There are 2 DBs released for the 2015 season.
The RSM 2015 DB & Jesgd 2015 DB V1.75.
It's up to you to decide which one you want to download, I obviously am not neutral in this case

it´s not what you want as the best db,
it´s what you want inside the database.
just mention what you want in the database, and what you actually don´t want.
it will certainly help you chosing the right database for you |

I would go with the JESGD 2015 db. It is created by 2 guys, who know what they are doing. The only thing missing are some leader jerseys, but thats fine.

I totally agree on that. I would try to create one, but since I have no editor knowledge at all, I leave it to the pros.(BTW, LBL could be redone, too)

Same here as the race needs to have a great Kwaremont, Paterberg and Koppenberg the last two are so short that if you blink you'll miss the riders going up them (should be made longer) Also some more buildinsg are needed in the race as the whole thing usually looks completely rural and of course lots of people on the climbs as this really adds atmosphere to the game.

I know that a lot of people, myself included, disagree very strongly on that front.
The JESGD DB imo, and the opinion of many many users, has a vastly superior stat matrix to that of the FDB.

For me, the best database is that one you edit to fit your own taste 
I'm currently using the FCD 2014 database as a base, with most of '15 maillots from JESGD and transfers/stats manually modified
