Season 2 R&D Issue

I know this has been raised many times already
The R&D not progressing in the second season bug, yes I have the latest patch etc. Does anyone know of a workaround? Or is this just still broken despite the patch?

Not sure that it was raised many times? But does it happen with every equipment sponsor? Also are you using a db?

It is happening with Scott frames and Shimano for wheels.
I am running pcm daily expansion v2 and Jeselyh's 2015 DB with an edited team roster. However this is not the first time this has happened for me (in fact every single career since I bought the game last August).
Essentially the start date for the R&D project is moving forward with the date of the career. ie started R&D on first of Jan 2015 it is now the 27th and the game says the start date is the 27th! The name of the frame or wheel I am researching does not show up in the description of the current project either.
Funnily enough the other teams seem to be progressing with their R&D according to the stats in the editor (if I'm reading them right)

Dan I have a solution. If it is mentioned before, than skipp it.
So, when you start the R&D project, you will have to play till the project is ended. Because if you interrupt the game, and than you continue with the save game, than the research will be a never ending story.
I have tried this one, and it works for me.
Of course, if you have to quit from the game before the R&D finish, than you can only use the editor, and edit the status of the equipment.

Thats right. It is good, if you can not play for example 3 or 4 month in a row. |
