Hey guys! Quick question:
What factors in to a riders decision-making regarding his team for next season?
Salary
Dyn_Teams (fkIDdivision)
Anything else?

Keep calm, just wait a few hours and you'll get an answer most likely, especially today that is Easter and most of the members are busy 
Anyway, iirc dyn_transfers_precontact should be the table where you can see how a rider is likely to join a team, under fkid_orientation. The factors should be the ones you posted but you can't go wrong seeing that column

I'd say nationality could also be an influence. If a Belgian rider search for a team, a Belgian team might get a boost over a German one.
Not entirely sure and haven't tested this, though.
But yeah, considering today was both Easter and RvV, I think you should've been more patient, yes. People don't appreciate it if you bump a topic twice in a couple of hours

Pff, I've seen froome signing with BigMat, not quite an English team tbf 
@jonne,it indicates how a rider is likely to sign with the team which contacted him. Higher the number, the more likely that rider will sign for that team.

Okay, I've done some testing on the matter. I tried changing fkIDdivision to GS1, and to my surprise it seems that riders are just as unwilling to sign my contracts as they were at GS2. And I even offer them quite good salaries.
When I managed Tinkoff-Saxo all of my offers were accepted. AND I didn't offer them a penni more than they thought they were worth.
So, I think we can conclude that more than fkIDdivision and the salary itself plays a role in this matter..
Could it be something with the rankings?
Any help is appreciated!

After doing some more testing it seems like I've found the deciding factor for riders choosing one team over another.
dyn_teams: value_f_current_evaluation
The higher the value, the more likely it is that a rider will join your team.
Note: This value is automatically calculated every month, so if you edit it the 21th of June, to make your team more attractive, you'll need to re-edit it the first of Juli in order for your team to stay attractive for new riders to join up.
