If it's the Expansion Pack V2, that's a common issue, you'll sadly have to live with that.
But looks like no teams have bike, contrarwise to the EP where most of them had one and only some missed it, so I think that you somehow installed the db in the wrong directory. Can you give us more infos please?
I use a namefixed db, but how can I check if it's correctly installed?
I have it installed in Documents -> Pro Cycling Manager 2014 -> Mod -> Database, as far as I remember. I'm using another computer at the moment...

Ah, I guess you installed it in the wrong way then.
Well, if the realname db only contains a .cdb file, then you installed it in the right directory. But I doubt so, because usually the realnames contain the real jerseys that overwrite the fantasys by Cyanide.

I can say for sure, it is installed in Pro cycling Manager 2014 -> Mod -> Database.
I think i have it installed correctly, because i only have two .cdb filesin database: OfficialRelease.cdb and PCMDB2015BYLOLLO.cdb.
Looks like you installed lollo's db then. This db doesnt only contain a.cdb file but its got many other files as well. You have to first install those files in your main pcm 14 folder (where you have pcm. Exe) and then put the db file into mod/database, that must be it. Also make sure you installed the expansion pack v1 and v2 before lollo's db
