I am an On&Off PCM gamer, and just started enjoying PCM 13 again, a few weeks back. And now i really wanna buy the PCM 14, but i can't stop thinking about when PCM 2015 will be released. It kinda would be sad to buy 14 now, and then in a few months 2015 comes out.
I tryid research for a release date on 15, but can't find any. All though i've noticed that all the previous releases, has been in June.
Anyone can confirm that theory or tell me the release of 15?
And another question would be if you guys would say there is a BIG difference from pcm 13 to pcm 14 in regards of gameplay, features and what not ??
No news on PCM15 yet. Everything points to a normal release window of June, certainly looking at the basic info available about the consol game that looks spot on. Basically June like normal

No, not at all. You can probably find the biggest differences in the latest patch, with the possibility of changing trajectory of a rider pressing 4 and 6 of the numeric keyboard. I would suggest you to stick with PCM 13 and wait for PCM 15. IMO, the AI and some aspects of the career mode and the gameplay are worse in PCM 14 (the AI is still awful and the breakaways probelm is still huge, and in career you'll notice a lot of riders with high stats. If that's not enough, you'll hardly manage to recognize if you started a career with the random potentials ticked or unticked because that option DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY IN PCM 14, the only way to solve it, quoting Eyolfur, PCM main developer is:
There is a bug in the 'random potentials' option, but it has been reported very late for PCM14. The UI doesn't show the real option, the only way to know it for sure is by watching the option file in Appdata (Option_Career_RandomInit)
Probably the most notable change in the managerial part is the new equipment system, that, IMHO, is not worth the time they spent on it. You can't choose the equipment supplier by yourself if not by editor and a lot of people complain about some bugs related to it. Also, the resistance stat now properly works once again, it didn't for the times of PCM 10 or 11. Besides that, as pointed out before, with the latest patch some major glitches of the game has been fixed. Other than those listed before, now the TTT gameplay (that in this case never ever worked properly) is a bit bit better. Also, the multiplayer is more stable. Am I right in saying the resistance stat did nothing in PCM13?
The Ai is terrible in PCM14 - computer opponents working together and sacrificing their chances to stop you winning (as well as the hopeless breakaway AI), it was better in 13. I don't use automatic rider mode and the equipment development, although an interesting potential addition, doesn't seem to mean anything.
In short, stick with PCM13 for now and maybe go with an updated database.
