Ok, I have figured out a way to do at least decent things with Paint, if anybody wants something feel free to ask here.

A Nairo Quintana avatar would be great! If you could put Nairo Quintana and the movistar logo on it that would be great! Maybe a picture of him winning a stage or something

I like it.
1 change though - Can you get rid of the Quintana and black box and put Nairo in black letters in the top left corner without any box or anything around it?
