My Actually Working Stage Attemp

Ok, So I've actually got a working fantasy stage, it's not realistic and a bit of an Ardenes sort of thing. I guess it would be a classic in itself or a world champs route if it was put in a game. But I figured I would post it, so hopefully I could get some feedback, also, I can't see cities on it, is that a problem with my computer?

ok, so finished the stage completely, I've edited the links above with the latest stage and I figured I would post some screenshots.

btw: For my next attempt, how do you make roads more consistent and flat, especially on mountains?
