National Championships - Route Votes

The National Champs won't happen until the end of the season, but it is helpful to have the startlists ready far enough in advance.
This year I'm opening up the choice of route to you.
Each country has 4 options:
Flat
Cobbles
Hill
Mountains
Although obviously if the country doesnt have any Mountains, that option isnt available.
Please post to this thread with your choice for any Country. It would help a lot if you could use the Table function to do this. Use the 3 digit country code from the ManGame DB.

(Netherlands, South Africa and Sweden at the bottom are not my votes, but I include them as I think those are ones most likely to have different 3 letter codes used)
By posting in this thread, all of your riders (including those loaned out) become eligible to be used in the National Championships.
Note that for the big countries, not all eligible riders are able to race. I will create the startlists based on selecting the best riders for the route chosen. Priority goes to those teams who have multiple riders from a nation.
