It might be a silly question. But remember there are no stupid questions, only supid people!
However, I've not played this recent PCM a whole lot and I've now started a career with a custom Continental team. As i have never worked with R&D in the previous editions of the game (doh, R&D is a new feature for 2014!) I don't no how to start my R&D programme.
I see the Little button in the botom left corner, but nothing happens when I press it.
I hope someone can help me or just clarify whether or not I am totally incomprehensive of the game.

Normally you'll get stopped at 2Jan, getting directed to the R&D.
But as a continental team, it's very likely that you'll just use the equipment of a bigger(WT or PCT) team. They will do the research and you'll be able to use their materials, but only later in the season.
Ohh thanks. But I just wondered why I couldn't start the programme as I was told that I got full access to one of my R&D programmes and that I had the possiblilty to change and launch it. This was the 3. or 4. of January.
Hmm that's odd. I suppose you haven't got full access then. Or did you have access to the wheels but not the frames maybe? Because there's a tab for wheels and a tab for frames
It seems like I've got access to one of them. I can even change if I want minor changes, major changes etc. But it isn't working when I click on the button for launch. For instance, if Ichose "major changes" and press the launch button, it just kind of looks like it get pressed, but the bar goes back to "minor changes" and nothing else happens. Thanks Again for your help, really nice that you take your time to try and figure out my issue
Just tried with Quick Step. No problems there! But I just realised that the field with "towards which product do you....." is blank in my Continental career.
